Main Dishes

Fettuccine Alfredo From Betty

1 lb. of cooked, rinsed and drained Fettuccine.*1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream*salt & pepper to taste*1/2 cup butter, melted*2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese.

After cooking fettuccine cover in pan with a lid to keep warm. Pour whipping cream in a small saucepan and warm over low heat. Remove from heat when warm and add salt and pepper, stir to combine. Add the cream mixture to the pasta and coat evenly. Add parmesan cheese, toss well. Serves 4 as a main dish and 6 as a side dish.

Salads

Dill Cucumber Salad From Dee

8oz.sour cream*1/4 cup lemon juice*2Tbsp.sugar*1/2tsp.dill weed*2 meduim cucumber, seeded and thin sliced*1 sweet red onion, sliced thin and separated into rings.

In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, lemon juice,sugar, dill weed. Mix well. Add cucumber and onions. Let set in the fride for a few hours.

Spiral Pasta Salad From Christy

1 box Sprial Pasta*1/2 cup of each (chopped)green pepper*green onions*celery*6 hard boiled eggs chopped*1 cup grated carrots*1-2 cups of salad dressing*2Tbsp.thousand island dressing*1Tbsp.sugar

Cook pasta till done, drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, place pasta,green peppers, green onions,celery,eggs,and carrots. Mix to blend. In a small bowl, add salad dress, thousand island dressing and sugar. Mix well. Add dressing mixture to pasta. You may add more salad dressing if you desire a creamy salad. Place in fridge till ready to eat. This dish is even better the next day.

Yummy Grilled Pork From Debb

6 large pork chops*large bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing*2 chopped garlic cloves

Place pork chops, dressing, chopped garlic in a glass bowl. Gover and set in the fridge 3 hours to overnight. Place pork chops on the grill and turn every 10 minutes, basting with left over dressing, till done. Discard the remaing dressing!

Grilled Lemon Pepper Baked Potatoes From Terri

Medium baking potatoes*butter*lemon pepper seasoning*tin foil*sour cream

With each potato: scrub the skins well, this potatoes is excellent to eat skins and all. Put a slit into each potato. Rub each potato with butter. Sprinkle lemon pepper all over potato. Place on tin foil and wrap well. I use two sheets of tin foil on each potato so that the butter doesn't leak out. Place on the grill and turn ever 10-15 minutes for an hour. Serve potatoes with Sour Cream.

Onion Burgers From Linda S.

2 lbs. hamburger*1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix*Onion Hamburger Buns

Mix hamberger with lipton onion soup mix. Put into patties. Cook on the grill. turning serveral times till done.

Veggies

New Potatoes with Parsley From Suzzie

2 Lbs. new, red potatoes*5Tbs.butter*1Tbs.lemon juice*2Tbs.finely snipped parsley

Scrub potatoes well. Boil potatoes until tender and you can pierce them with a sharp fork (about 20 minutes). Drain potatoes. In a small saucepan melt butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and parsley. Stir to combine with potatoes. Serves 6

Green Beans with Onions & Bacon From Kelly

1 1/2 Lbs. Green Beans*2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar*1/2 cup onions*6 slices of bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces*salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp. Place onions in bacon fat and fry until tender. Let skillet with onions cool to room temperature. Place bacon, salt, pepper, vinegar and stir to combine. Cook green beans till fork tender. Drain green beans and place in a Medium bowl, pour bacon and onion mixture over beans and toss lightly to combine. Serves 8

Flavored Corn on the Cob From Linda

Corn on the cob*butter*salt*pepper*green peppers

Soak corn in water overnight. Peel back the husk and rub butter, salt and pepper. Slice green peppers very thin. Place about 5 strips on the corn. Pull up the husk and rap with 2 sheets of tin foil. Place corn on grill and rotate corn every 10mins. till done. 1 hour.

Dessert

Strawberry Pie From Linda

Pastry pie shell(not baked)*3 oz. Cream Cheese Soften*2Tbsp.milk*1Tbsp.sugar*10oz.frozen strawberries, defrosted*1/2 cup sugar*3Tbsp.cornstarch*1/4 cup strawberry jelly*1 quart fresh strawberries*Whipped Cream (for topping when served)

Beat cream cheese, milk and 1Tbsp. sugar;spread in the bottome of pie shell. Bake in oven at 475 for 8 to 10 monutes. Cool. Press defrosted strawberries through a sieve to remove seeds if desired. Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Sir in berries and jelly. Cook until mixture thickens. Arrange fresh strawberries in baked crust, cutting berries in half. Spoon over strawberry glaze;chill. Top with Whipped Cream when served.

Dippity Do Fruit Dip From Cate

1 large jar Marshmallow Whip (Ice Cream Asile)*Cool Whip (defrost)* 1-8oz Cream Cheese (softened)*1/2 cup sour cream*1/4 cup pineapple juice

In a large mixing bowl beat with mixer, marshmallow whip, cream cheese, sour cream and pineapple juice. Beat about 5 minutes. Then add cool whip and beat until light and fluffy. Serve with summer fruit!

Casserole

Hurry Dinner Casserole From Amy

1lb.ground beef*1-1oz.onion soup mix*1 can condensed cream of celery soup*1 10oz. package of frozen tiny peas (uncooked)* 1 1lb. package frozen tater tots.

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 2 quart round baking dish. Layer in the following order:ground beef-onion soup mix-celery soup-peas-and potatoes. Bake covered for 1 hour. Serves 6

Hash Brown Casserole From Lisa

1lb. of shredded Hash Browns*1 lb.Philly Cream Cheese*1 lb. Breakstone Sour Cream*1/2 lb.Butter(two sticks)*Parmesan Cheese (to taste)*Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Mix this entire collection together, after softening the butter. Get a real good consistency going and then mix with salt and pepper to taste, as well as parmesan cheese. Mix well. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes and top is crispy brown.
